1. Eligibility

To open an account and play for real money you must: be at least 19 years of age; be legally capable of entering into a binding contract; be physically located in Ontario, Canada at the time you play; not be excluded from gambling by any self-exclusion arrangement, court order or regulatory decision; not be prohibited from gambling by the laws that apply to you; and act on your own behalf and not for anyone else.

The service is offered only in Ontario. It is not directed at, and must not be used from, any other province, territory or country. You are responsible for knowing whether your use of the service is lawful where you are.

Employees of Ellipse Entertainment Limited, of our game suppliers and of our service providers, and members of their immediate households, may be restricted from playing where a conflict of interest arises.

2. 19+ Requirement

The minimum age is 19. By registering you represent that you are 19 or older. Your date of birth is checked at registration and again during identity verification.

If we cannot confirm that an account holder is 19+, or if we find that a person under 19 has used an account, we will suspend the account, void all wagers placed, withhold any winnings, and return deposits to the source of payment. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Allowing anyone under 19 to access your account is prohibited. Keep your credentials confidential and sign out on shared devices.

3. Ontario Location Requirement

Real-money play is permitted only while you are physically located within Ontario. This applies each time you play and is independent of where you live or where the account was registered.

You must not attempt to disguise or misrepresent your location, including by using a VPN, proxy, remote desktop, location-spoofing software or any other means. Doing so is a breach of these terms and may result in wagers being voided, winnings being withheld and the account being closed.

If a location check cannot confirm that you are in Ontario, real-money play will not be enabled. Browsing the site, viewing your account and withdrawing a confirmed balance remain available.

4. Registration

You must register personally and provide accurate, complete and current information: your legal name, date of birth, e-mail address, Ontario address and postal code. You must keep this information up to date.

One account per person. Duplicate accounts, accounts opened on behalf of another person and accounts opened using another person's details are prohibited. Where duplicates are found, we may close all but one, void wagers placed on the duplicates and return the relevant deposits.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately at support@mhighflyercasino.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

By registering you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

5. Identity Verification

We are required to verify the identity of every account holder. You agree to provide the documents and information we reasonably request, including an accepted identity document and, where necessary, evidence of address or source of funds.

Until verification is complete we may restrict deposits, real-money play and withdrawals. If verification is not completed within a reasonable period, or if the information provided cannot be confirmed, we may suspend the account and return any confirmed balance to its source, subject to applicable law.

Verification may be repeated at any time, including before a withdrawal, where a payment method changes, or where account activity requires it.

Anti-money laundering and source of funds

We are subject to anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing obligations, including reporting obligations to the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) where the applicable thresholds and criteria are met.

We may ask you to explain the source of the funds used on your account and to provide supporting evidence. We may decline, delay or reverse a transaction, and may suspend an account, where we have reasonable grounds to do so under those obligations.

6. Location Verification

Before real-money play you must allow the location check described in How It Works. Your device is asked to share its position, which is compared against the boundary of Ontario.

A successful check is valid for 60 minutes, after which it is repeated. Checks may also be repeated during play and after inactivity. Refusing location access, or a check that places you outside the province, means real-money play is not enabled.

7. Account Rules

  • Your account is personal to you and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or shared.
  • Balances are held in CAD. Account balances do not earn interest and are not a deposit account or a banking service.
  • Funds may not be transferred between player accounts, and the account may not be used to move money or as a payment service.
  • Payment methods must be in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not accepted.
  • You must keep your registered details accurate; notifications sent to the address on your account are treated as received.
  • We may set or vary account limits, including maximum stakes and maximum balances, where regulation, risk or responsible-gambling considerations require it.
  • Where an error credits your account with funds that are not yours, those funds are not available for play and will be reversed. You must tell us promptly if you notice such an error.
  • Where an account is inactive for an extended period, we will contact you at your registered address about the treatment of any remaining balance in accordance with applicable law.

Player funds

Funds held in your account are kept separate from the operator's own working capital, in accordance with the standards applicable to registered Ontario operators.

Money in your account is not a deposit in the banking sense, does not earn interest, and is held for the purpose of play and withdrawal only. An account may not be used as a means of transferring funds between people.

8. Deposits

Deposits may be made using Visa, Mastercard, Interac or Skrill, in CAD, from a payment method in your own name. The minimum deposit is $10.00 CAD and the maximum single deposit is $5,000.00 CAD.

Every deposit is checked against the deposit limits on your account and is declined if it would exceed one of them. Deposits are credited when the payment provider confirms them. A deposit may be declined or reversed where a payment fails, where checks are outstanding, or where the transaction is suspected to be fraudulent.

Your payment provider may apply its own fees, limits and currency conversion. We do not control and are not responsible for those. Do not deposit money you cannot afford to lose.

9. Withdrawals

Withdrawals follow the sequence: request → verification → processing → receipt of funds. The minimum withdrawal is $20.00 CAD.

Identity verification must be complete before a withdrawal is processed. We may carry out additional checks on the request, the account and the destination method, and may ask for further information before proceeding.

Withdrawals are normally returned to the method used to deposit, where the provider supports that. Where it does not, we will agree an alternative method in your own name.

We do not offer instant withdrawals, guaranteed withdrawals, or guaranteed processing timeframes. The time taken depends on the checks required and on your payment provider. Each stage is visible under Activity in your account.

We may withhold or reverse a withdrawal where wagers are void under these terms, where a technical error affected the result, where fraud or a breach of these terms is suspected and under investigation, or where we are required to do so by law or by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

10. Games and Wagers

A wager is placed when you confirm a stake and the round begins. At that point the stake is deducted from your balance and the wager cannot be cancelled, changed or withdrawn.

You are responsible for the accuracy of every wager you place, including the stake amount and the selection. Check before you confirm.

A wager is only accepted if your balance covers the stake, the account is in good standing, identity verification is complete, the location check is current and no limit, break or exclusion prevents play. Any apparent acceptance in other circumstances is void.

Results are determined by the game itself: by a certified random number generator for slots and jackpot games, and by the physical round for live dealer games. Results cannot be predicted or influenced, and previous results have no effect on future ones. Our server records are the authoritative record of every wager and result.

Gambling involves risk and losses are the normal expected outcome. Nothing on this site is advice, a system, a strategy or a way to generate income.

11. Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, paytable, return-to-player information and minimum and maximum stakes, published within the game and accessible before you play. Those rules form part of these terms for that game, and by playing you accept them.

Where a game's own rules conflict with these terms in relation to how that game is played and settled, the game's rules prevail for that purpose. Games may be added, changed, suspended or removed at any time, and a game's rules may be updated by its supplier.

Return to player is a long-run theoretical percentage measured over a very large number of rounds. It is not a promise about any session, day or period of play.

12. Technical Errors

Where a malfunction, defect, configuration error, display error or data error affects a game, a wager, a payout, a balance or a displayed result, all affected wagers and any resulting payouts are void. This is a standard condition of regulated gaming and applies regardless of whether the error favoured you or us.

Where wagers are voided, stakes are returned to the affected accounts and any amounts credited in error are reversed. We will correct the record as soon as reasonably practicable and will tell you where your account is affected.

Obvious errors — for example a payout, price or paytable that is clearly wrong — do not create an entitlement. You must not knowingly take advantage of an error; doing so is prohibited conduct.

13. Interrupted Games

If a game round is interrupted by a lost connection, a browser or device failure, a session timeout or a service interruption, the round is resolved from our server records.

  • Where the outcome had already been determined, the round is settled to your account and the result is shown when you next sign in.
  • Where the outcome had not been determined and the round cannot be resumed, the stake is returned.
  • An incomplete round may be restored to its exact state when you return to the game; some games require you to complete an unfinished round before starting another.
  • On live dealer tables, the round continues on the physical table and is settled according to its result, whether or not your stream was interrupted.

Closing a game, refreshing a page or losing a connection does not cancel a wager that has already been placed.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Open more than one account, or use an account belonging to someone else.
  • Provide false, misleading or another person's information at registration or verification.
  • Play from outside Ontario, or disguise your location using a VPN, proxy, remote access or spoofing tool.
  • Use a payment method that is not your own, or one you are not authorised to use.
  • Use the account to launder money, to finance crime, or to move funds.
  • Use bots, scripts, automation, artificial intelligence agents or any external software to place or influence wagers.
  • Exploit a fault, error or loophole in a game or in the platform, or fail to report one you become aware of.
  • Collude with other players, or act as part of a syndicate or on another person's instructions.
  • Attempt to access, probe, disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service or its security.
  • Attempt to circumvent a limit, a break, a suspension or a self-exclusion, including by opening a new account.
  • Abuse staff, dealers or other players, including in live chat.
  • Copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit any part of the service.

Where prohibited conduct occurs we may void wagers, withhold winnings, retain amounts to cover losses caused, suspend or close the account, and report the matter to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), to payment providers or to law enforcement.

15. Responsible Gambling

Your account includes deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, Take a Break, self-exclusion and account closure. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing or removing a limit is held for 24 hours and is never applied retroactively.

We may contact you about your play, require you to set a limit, restrict features, or suspend or close an account where we have reasonable concerns about gambling harm, and we may decline to reinstate an account for the same reason.

Support is available from ConnexOntario on 1-866-531-2600, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. See the Responsible Gambling page.

16. Self-Exclusion

You may self-exclude for 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently. Once started, self-exclusion cannot be reversed, shortened or lifted early, and it takes effect immediately — there is no waiting period before it applies.

Ontario-wide exclusion. Self-exclusion set on this account covers this account. BetGuard, the centralised self-exclusion programme run by iGaming Ontario, excludes you from every registered operator in the regulated Ontario market at once. You can register through your account, at betguard.ca, or by phone on 1-833-776-7171.

While it is active you cannot sign in, deposit or play, and marketing is stopped. Any confirmed balance is returned to you. Wagers placed before the exclusion started stand and are settled normally.

Opening or attempting to open another account while self-excluded is prohibited; wagers on such an account are void and stakes are returned, subject to applicable law. When a fixed period ends the account does not re-open automatically — you must request reinstatement, a further cooling-off period applies, and we may decline the request.

17. Account Suspension

We may suspend an account, in whole or in part, where: verification is outstanding or has failed; we suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion or a breach of these terms; a payment is disputed or reversed; we are required to do so by law or by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO); we have concerns about gambling harm; or the account's security may have been compromised.

Where we suspend an account we will tell you, unless we are prevented from doing so by law or by an ongoing investigation, and we will restore access as soon as the reason for suspension is resolved. Funds that are not in dispute remain yours and are returned on request once checks allow.

18. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time from Player Controls or by writing to support@mhighflyercasino.com. Withdraw any remaining balance first.

We may close an account by giving reasonable notice, or immediately where there has been a serious breach of these terms, where we are required to do so, or where the account cannot be verified. On closure, any confirmed balance to which you are entitled is returned to you using a supported method in your own name, subject to verification and applicable law.

Closure does not end obligations that survive it, and does not delete records we are required to retain. Closure does not carry the protection of self-exclusion.

19. Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact Customer Support at support@mhighflyercasino.com or through the contact form. Include your account e-mail address, the date and time, and any reference number.

We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate it and give you a written outcome with our reasons. Where a complaint concerns a game round, our server records are the authoritative record.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter internally for review, and you retain the right to raise it with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) or to use any dispute resolution process available to you under Ontario law.

20. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and explains identity, age and location verification, geolocation data, payments, cookies, retention and your rights. Cookies are covered in the Cookie Policy.

21. Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, design, layout, text, graphics, logos, trade marks, game content and databases, is owned by Ellipse Entertainment Limited or by its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the service for lawful personal use in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, licence, frame, scrape or create derivative works from any part of it, or remove any proprietary notice.

Where you submit content to us, such as a support message, you grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of operating the service and handling your enquiry.

22. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of delays, or that any defect will be corrected immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: losses arising from your gambling, including the money you stake and lose; interruptions, delays or faults in your internet connection, device, browser or payment provider; unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure; or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or loss of profit, opportunity, data or goodwill.

Where we are found liable, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the greater of the amount in your account balance at the time the liability arose and the total amount you deposited in the six months before that time.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

23. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

The courts of the Province of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute, and you and we submit to that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you where you live, or the oversight of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

24. Changes to Terms

We may change these terms to reflect changes to the service, to our providers, or to legal and regulatory requirements. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed.

Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give you reasonable notice by e-mail or through a notice on the site before it takes effect, and where required we will ask you to accept the change when you next sign in.

Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you should withdraw any balance and close your account.
