Complaints and escalation
1. Write to us. Send the complaint to support@mhighflyercasino.com with your account e-mail address, the date and time, and any reference number. We acknowledge it, investigate, and give you a written outcome with our reasons.
2. Internal review. If you are not satisfied with that outcome, ask for it to be reviewed internally.
3. The regulator. If the matter is still unresolved, you may raise it with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
What the AGCO does — and does not do. The AGCO regulates operators and enforces the Registrar's Standards. It is not a court and does not act as an advocate for individual players or order refunds on their behalf. Escalating to it is about operator conduct, not about re-running a settled game round.
