Payments

Everything about moving money in and out of your account, in Canadian dollars. No promised timeframes — just what happens at each stage and what is checked along the way.

How you can pay

Four methods are supported, and every one of them must be in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not accepted, and an account may not be funded by someone else.

Visa Mastercard Interac Skrill

Interac

The most direct route for Canadian players: money moves straight from your own bank account. Because the bank has already identified you, it is usually the smoothest method for both paying in and getting paid out.

Visa and Mastercard

Debit and credit cards issued in your own name. Card details are entered with the payment provider and are never stored on our systems — we hold only the method type, a masked reference from the provider, and the amount.

Some card issuers decline gambling transactions or treat them as a cash advance with their own charges. That is a decision made by your bank, not by us.

Skrill

An e-wallet, useful if you would rather not put a card or bank account in front of a gambling site at all. The wallet must be registered in your own name and verified with Skrill.

Currency

Balances, deposits, wagers and withdrawals are all handled in Canadian dollars (CAD). There is no currency conversion on our side. If your card or wallet is denominated in another currency, your provider may convert and charge for it.

Paying in

  1. Open Deposit in your account.
  2. Choose a method and enter an amount in CAD.
  3. Confirm. The amount is checked against your own deposit limits before it is accepted.
  4. Funds are credited when the payment provider confirms the payment.

The minimum deposit is $10.00 CAD and the maximum single deposit is $5,000.00 CAD.

Deposit only what you can afford to lose. Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money, and losses are the normal expected outcome over time. Set a deposit limit in Player Controls before your first payment — that is the point at which it is easiest to decide clearly.

What is checked on the way in

  • Identity. Verification must be complete before a deposit is accepted.
  • Your own limits. Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits are all tested. If a payment would take you past one of them it is declined, and you are shown how much room is left in that period.
  • Account state. Deposits are blocked during a break, during self-exclusion, and on a suspended or closed account.
  • Name match. The name on the payment method has to match the name on the account.

Getting money out

A withdrawal moves through four stages, and you can see which one a request is at under Activity:

  1. Request. Enter an amount of at least $20.00 CAD and choose where it should go. The amount is set aside from your balance at this point.
  2. Verification. Identity verification must be complete, and we confirm the destination method belongs to you.
  3. Processing. The payment is submitted to your provider.
  4. Receipt. The funds arrive through that provider.

We do not offer instant withdrawals, guaranteed withdrawals or guaranteed processing timeframes. How long a payout takes depends on the method, on the checks required, and on your provider — the last of which is outside our control. Anyone promising you a fixed payout time in this market is telling you something they cannot guarantee.

Withdrawals normally return to the method used to deposit, where the provider supports that. Where it does not, we will agree an alternative method in your own name.

Checks before a withdrawal is processed

  • Identity verification complete, and still current.
  • The destination method is in your name and, where possible, is the one you deposited with.
  • Source-of-funds checks where anti-money-laundering thresholds or risk criteria are met — see section 5 of the Terms and Conditions.
  • No open investigation into the account, and no wagers voided under the technical-error rules.

We may ask for additional information at this stage. That is not a delaying tactic — it is what the obligations on a registered operator require.

Your funds

Money in your account is held separately from the operator's own working capital, in accordance with the standards applicable to registered Ontario operators.

It is not a deposit in the banking sense, it does not earn interest, and it is held for play and withdrawal only. An account cannot be used to move money between people.

If your account is closed, self-excluded or subject to a break, any confirmed balance is returned to you through a verified method in your own name.

Limits

LimitValue
Minimum deposit$10.00 CAD
Maximum single deposit$5,000.00 CAD
Minimum withdrawal$20.00 CAD
Default daily deposit limit$1,000.00 CAD
Default weekly deposit limit$3,000.00 CAD
Default monthly deposit limit$8,000.00 CAD

Every account starts with those deposit limits already in place. You can lower them at any time and the change applies immediately; raising or removing one is held for 24 hours first, and never applies retroactively. Loss limits and session limits are set the same way in Player Controls.

Fees and provider terms

We do not add a fee to deposits or withdrawals. Your bank, card issuer or wallet provider may apply its own fees, limits, holds or currency conversion, and those are governed by your agreement with them.

Disputes and chargebacks

If a payment looks wrong, contact support@mhighflyercasino.com with the reference shown under Activity before raising it with your provider — most issues are resolved faster that way.

Raising a chargeback on a settled gambling transaction may lead to the account being suspended while the matter is investigated, and to recovery of the amount concerned. Complaints are handled as set out in section 19 of the Terms and Conditions.

Play responsibly

19+. You must be physically located in Ontario to play. Please play responsibly.
