How It Works

Registration

Registration creates your personal gaming account. You supply your legal first and last name, your date of birth, an e-mail address you control, your address in Ontario including postal code, and a password. You then confirm that you are 19 or older, that you are physically located in Ontario, and that you accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

One account per person is permitted. The name on the account has to match the name on your identity document and on the payment method you use, so it is worth entering it exactly as printed. Choose a password of at least ten characters that you do not use anywhere else.

Identity & Age Verification

Identity verification confirms that a real, identifiable person holds the account, and age verification confirms that the person is old enough to play.

The minimum age is 19 years. Your date of birth is captured at registration and checked again against your document during verification.

Accepted documents are an Ontario driver's licence, a passport, a provincial identity card or a photo card. You provide the document type, its number and its expiry date, and confirm the date of birth held on your account. Where the details cannot be matched, we may ask for a clearer copy or an additional document.

Until verification is complete, real-money play is not available and no withdrawal can be processed. If an account cannot be confirmed as 19+, it is suspended and deposits are returned.

Location Verification

Before playing for real money you must confirm that you are physically located in Ontario. This applies every time you play, and it is about where you are at that moment rather than where you live.

Your browser or device is asked to share its position, and the coordinates are checked against the Ontario boundary. You need to allow location access for the check to run; if you decline, or if the position reported falls outside the province, real-money play is not enabled.

The check is valid for 60 minutes and is repeated after that, and again after a period of inactivity. If you travel out of Ontario, real-money play stops until you are back inside the province. What we do with this data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Deposits

Deposits fund your account in Canadian dollars (CAD). Supported methods are Visa, Mastercard, Interac and Skrill, and the method must be in your own name.

To deposit, open Deposit in your account, choose a method, enter the amount and confirm. The minimum is $10.00 CAD and the maximum single deposit is $5,000.00 CAD.

Every deposit is checked against the deposit limits on your account before it is accepted. If it would take you past a daily, weekly or monthly limit you have set, it is declined and you are shown how much room is left in that period. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising one is held for 24 hours first.

Playing

The sequence in every game is the same: choose a game → set the stake → play the round → see the result under that game's rules.

1. Choose a game. Browse the lobby or a category page and open a title. The launch screen confirms your account, identity and location checks before a real-money round can start.
2. Set the stake. Each game shows its minimum and maximum. Your stake is taken from your balance when the round begins.
3. Play the round. On a slot, the reels stop and the symbols are compared to the paytable. On a table game, you make your decisions or place your bet and the round resolves. On a live table, a human dealer runs the round on camera within a betting window.
4. See the result. The outcome follows the published rules and paytable of that specific game. Any return is settled to your balance immediately.

Outcomes on slots and jackpot games come from a random number generator and are independent of previous rounds. Table games follow their own stated rules. Results cannot be predicted or influenced, and no pattern of play changes them. If a round is interrupted by a technical fault or a lost connection, it is settled under the rules in the Terms and Conditions.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals move in four stages: request → verification → processing → receipt of funds.

1. Request. Open Withdraw in your account, enter an amount of at least $20.00 CAD and choose where the funds should be sent. The amount is set aside from your balance at this point.
2. Verification. Identity verification must be complete, and we confirm the request and the destination method belong to you. We may ask for additional information where checks require it.
3. Processing. The payment is submitted to your provider.
4. Receipt. The funds arrive through that provider. The time this takes depends on the method and on the provider, and it is outside our control.

Withdrawals normally return to the method used to deposit, where the provider supports that. If your account is subject to a break or self-exclusion, any confirmed balance is returned to you.
